(she/her)
Licensed clinical social worker
AASECT certified sex therapist & supervisor of sex therapy
Welcome! I’m glad you’re here.
I work with individuals and couples who are struggling to connect—either with their partners, themselves, or both. Maybe you are facing life transitions, have a sexual concern, or struggle with anxiety and self-doubt.
Or perhaps you feel crushed by the weight of capitalism, patriarchy, or a crappy childhood.
Helping people understand themselves better and learn new ways of relating is my jam. I was a curious child who never stopped asking “why,” and grew into a nerdy adult who delights in decoding puzzles of human connection.
Together, we’ll explore how your mind, body, environment, and cultural influences—such as family, religion, and social media—have shaped your perspective, and what makes sense for you now.
Our sessions will blend reflection on past experiences and emotions with practical skill building, so you can face stress with more resilience and less reactivity.
What can you expect from our work together? A therapeutic relationship built on compassion, gentle confrontation, and the occasional, well-timed pun.
I’m known for remembering the little things—whether it's your favorite sports team or your latest Netflix obsession—and I use this to create a space where you feel truly seen and understood.
When I’m not in session, you can catch me running along the Schuylkill, experimenting with new recipes, or collecting low-maintenance plants. I’m excited to get to know you and help you move toward a more fulfilling life.
